Return Process

  Log into our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective seals remain intact.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous postage markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
